Consular Fees from April 16, 2017

Payment for consular services may be done:

- in the form of a certified personal cheque, bank cheque or money order made payable to: Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Singapore.

- by cash deposit on the Embassy's account No. 351-300-969-9 at the UOB Bank.

- by bank transfer to the Embassy's account No. 351-300-969-9 at the UOB Bank.

Note! Money orders of the Singapore Post are not accepted. 

Each application must be accompanied with its own check, bank receipt or money order. 

All the fees listed below are applicable for normal processing time (7-10 working days). For expedited processing time (1-5 working days) the fees are doubled (multiplied by 2).

Authentication of documents (Legalization)

Documents of legal entities – 350 SGD per document.

Documents of individuals – 60 SGD per document.

Certifying true translation

75 SGD per page.

25 SGD per page - for documents related to the Registration of Death.

Certifying true signature of a private person

55 SGD per signature.

Passport

125 SGD. 2-3 months processing time. No urgent service applicable.

Operating hours of the Consular section (visas, legalization, passports, notary services):

Monday              09:00 – 11:30

Wednesday       14:00 – 15:30

Thursday            14:00 – 15:30

Friday                 09:00 – 11:30

The Consular Section is closed during all of Ukrainian and some of Singaporean holidays.

In case of disasters, terrorist attacks, riots, injury/death of citizens of Ukraine, in other cases when life or health of Ukrainians is threatened, the consular assistance is also provided off visitors’ hours.
