The Embassy of Ukraine in Singapore provides registration of marriage between the citizens of Ukraine (only), registration of divorce between the citizens of Ukraine (only and if at least one of them permanently lives abroad) and registration of death - for the cases if the death occured outside of Singapore but the body was brought for post mortem examination here.

The Embassy does not register births as all of the burths occured in Singapore are to be registered by Singapore authorities. Instead, the Embassy legalizes and translates the Birth Certificates issued by Singaporean authorities, and does the citizenship registration of children born in Singapore.
