26 June 2013, the first of a series of concerts named “Symphony of Motherhood” was held at the Esplanade Recital Studio, Singapore.
In Singapore, Professor Irina Vokhmianina, head of the “Symphony of Motherhood” project which she started over three years ago in Kharkiv, Ukraine,jointly with artists from Armenia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Singapore, Ukraine and the USA, and supported by Artistventure Concert Management offered it to the local audience.
The aim of the project is to promote through art, mainly through music, family values and the motherhood in particular.

The project started shortly after the White Paper on demography was issued by Singapore Government echoing the document’s provisions on: strengthening family relationships, helping young families, etc.
Before the concert, Ambassador of Ukraine to Singapore Pavlo Sultansky gave a welcoming speech to the artists and the audience.
