BRIDEX 2013 Defence Exhibition was launched on 3 December 2013 inBandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.

Representatives of Ukraine’s defence industry, including the State Concern “Ukroboronprom” and the State Company “Ukrspecexport”, deployed their booth at the exhibition where Ambassador of Ukraine to Singapore and Brunei (concurrently) H.E. Pavlo Sultansky hosted Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam H.M. Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Muizzaddin Waddaulah and H.R.H. Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah.

The guests of the Ukrainian booth showed interest in man portable antitank missile system "SKIF", technical capabilities of which they had opportunity to learn on the spot.

Participants of the exhibition from Southeast Asia and other countries are visiting the booth with defence industry products from Ukraine. The relevant negotiations are being held and characteristics of wares are being studied.

The exhibition will run until 6 December 2013.
