On 22 November 2022 the screening of the historical drama "Bitter Harvest" took place in Singapore as a tribute to the man-made famine-genocide tragedy in Ukraine - the Holodomor, which was imposed by the Bolshevik regime in 1932-1933, causing the deaths of millions of Ukrainians. 

The event was attended by ambassadors and other representatives of diplomatic missions accredited to Singapore, journalists and members of the local Ukrainian community.  

Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Singapore H.E. Kateryna Zelenko addressed the audience with an opening speech in which she emphasized the need to restore the historical truth about the Holodomor in every country of the world, as well as to make every effort to prevent such tragedies from happening in the future.
