Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister for Law of the Republic of Singapore       K Shanmugam congratulated Pavlo Klimkin on his appointment as the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. In particular he stated:

 “Singapore and Ukraine enjoy warm and friendly relations. Your appointment comes at a particularly challenging time for Ukraine. I am confident that you will bring your extensive experience to bear in your new role.”
