He stressed that this tragedy was logical one because very advanced weapon was given by Russian side in the hands of terrorists. Within last few days it was the third airplane which was shot down in the same territory. Ukraine is open to investigate the catastrophe jointly with experts from each country concerned.

Referring evidences that the airplane was shot down by pro-Russian terrorists the Ambassador pointed at the intercepted telephone conversation of one of the terrorists with his Moscow curator immediately after the tragedy, where the criminal boasted of perpetration. Also mentioned was a Ministry of Interior’s report about thousands of eyewitnesses of the missile attack on the airplane. Ambassador called for the punishment of all involved in this act of terrorism.
