The ceremony took place at the Royal Residence Istana Nurul Iman. Also present at the audience ceremony was the Honorable Pehin Lim Jock Seng, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade. 

After the ceremony, Ambassador of Ukraine to Brunei Darussalam Dmytro Senik was given an audience by His Royal Majesty Haji Bolkiah Hassanal, Sultan of Brunei Darussalam. Ambassador Senik expressed his resolve to further develop mutually beneficial relations between Ukraine and Brunei Darussalam.
