On February 8 at the Embassy held a meeting with the regional manager of Ukraine International Airlines Ms. Belinda Sin. The main issue was how to organize effective interaction between the UIA agent and the Embassy, the promotional campaign about Ukraine in Singapore, reaching a range of people in Singapore and neighboring countries.
Participation ofthe regional office in the events scheduled at the Embassy during 2012, including celebration of 20 anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Singapore, exhibition of the Museum of Treasures of Ukraine in the National Museum of Singapore and more were discussed. It was noted that Memorandum on air transportation concluded the last November will facilitate human exchanges between the two countries. It was agreed on ways of further cooperation and mutual support.
