The Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Vitalii Balashov delivered a virtual address to the audience of the 10th Singapore International Cyber Week during the high-level panel discussion "Power Struggle in a Tecnhnopolar World: Big Tech and State Power". Deputy Minister Balashov shared the floor with the representatives of Brunei Darussalam, China, France, Germany, and Google.

Ambassador Kateryna Zelenko emphasized that in his virtual keynote address at the opening of Singapore International Cyber Week, Deputy Minister Balashov reiterated the role of cyber resilience for Ukraine and Europe and confirmed that Ukraine is always happy to share its best practices to form a safe global digital ecosystem.
