On November 10, Dmytro Kuleba met with Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore Vivian Balakrishnan on the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit (Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, November 10-13, 2022).

The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine informed his Singaporean counterpart about the process of liberation of Ukrainian territories and emphasized that further support to Ukraine will force Russia to end its war.

Dmytro Kuleba also expressed gratitude for Singapore's solidarity with Ukraine.
