On July 18, 2022, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Singapore met with the Senior Minister of State (Ministry of National Development, Ministry of Communications and Information) of the Republic of Singapore Tan Kiat How. 

Mdm Ambassador informed the Senior Minister of State on the current situation in Ukraine and the consequences of the Russian invasion, particularly –  massive destruction of the civil infrastructure and housing stock in Ukraine.

Kateryna Zelenko expressed gratitude for the support of the Government of the Republic of Singapore for the provision of 2 packages of humanitarian aid  for the needs of civilians on the ground. 

The parties exchanged views on reconstruction of Ukraine, bolstering innovative economy, contemporary challenges in the field of cybersecurity and disinformation countering.
