On 19 April 2021, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service and the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the European Union organized an international forum “Application of the Grading System in the Civil Service”.

Mr Timothy Yap, Director of Human Resource Policy and Strategic Planning & Research, Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office of Singapore participated in the event. He outlined Singapore’s experience in civil service transformation and grading of civil servants’ salaries and remunerations.
