Few days before the 10^th anniversary of the official opening of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Singapore (July 8, 2003 during the visit of the Minister for Foreign Affairs A.Zlenko to Singapore) small team of the Embassy together with family members marked this event in a special way – by landing to the kitchen of "Willing Hearts" (http://www.willinghearts.org.sg).

In fact, the "Willing Hearts" is the title-slogan of volunteers’ movement, through which thousands of those in need of Singapore receive free meals. Young and senior citizens, bankers and businessmen, Singaporeans and foreigners participate in this charity movement. The infrequent visitors – from diplomatic missions are also welcomed.

In fact, the representatives of Ukrainian Embassy were seen here not for the first time and were immediately provided with the job to do. Within few hours Ukrainian volunteers coped with their tasks, thus marking the anniversary of the opening of the Embassy of Ukraine in Singapore.
