On the 24^th of June 2021, the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine held an online lecture by Dr Celia Lee, research fellow of Nanyang Centre for Public Administration of Nanyang Technological University, on the “Belt & Road Initiative” and changes in this project during the pandemic.
