The leaders of Ukraine has congratulated the leadership of Singapore on the National Day

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko congratulated President of Singapore Tony Tan Keng Yam on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic. In the congratulatory letter he expressed confidence that deepening of political dialog, enhancement of bilateral cooperation first of all in the spheres of trade, economy and investments correspond to the interests of Ukrainian and Singaporean peoples. The President of Ukraine also expressed gratitude to his Singapore’s counterpart for the support of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk in his letter to Prime Minister of Singapore Lee Hsien Loong notes that the Government of Ukraine is set to continue fruitful cooperation with the Government of Singapore aiming at strengthening bilateral relations and implementation of mutually interesting joint projects. A.Yatsenyuk also thanked Lee Hsien Loong for the firm condemnation of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov greeted Speaker of the Parliament of Singapore Halimah Yacob with the National Day, noting that the development of Ukraine-Singapore inter-parliamentary ties would serve to furthering of fruitful bilateral dialog in all areas to the benefit of our peoples.
Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin also congratulated Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister for Law of Singapore K Shanmugam on the occasion of the National Day.
