Meeting Singapore’s Ukrainian activists at the Embassy

On 21 August 2014, few days before the National Flag Day and the Independence Day of Ukraine, “Ukrainians in Singapore” initiative group gathered at the Embassy.
In preparation for the next meeting of local Ukrainians scheduled for 29 August participants debated about readiness of the national center for registration and, of course, spoke about the developments in the distant homeland. It was lively discussed how local Ukrainian community can contribute into defense of their native land from the invaders.
There were talks on patriotic education of children, cultural events and other possible activities of Singaporean Ukrainians.
The Embassy representatives assured of comprehensive assistance and promotion of development of the organized movement of Ukrainians in Singapore.
