Delivering his speech and during Q&A he repeatedly appealed to Ukraine as a modern nation that powerfully revealed its will for democracy, getting rid of the kleptocratic Yanukovych family.

On the other side, in a very unattractive terms Prof. F.Fukuyama described today's Russia, whose president Vladimir Putin, leading one of the most corrupt regimes, is trying to impose his vision of the world order by the annexation of Crimea in particular.

Presenting the copy of his book to Ambassador of Ukraine in Singapore Pavlo Sultansky, Prof. F.Fukuyama wrote: "With great hope for a new democratic Ukraine."
