Leaders of the Singapore Red Cross with genuine interest and compassion reacted to the information about thousands of killed and wounded Ukrainians in Donbas. Singapore Red Cross is considering assistance to Ukraine with humanitarian support. Negotiations between the Red Crosses of Singapore and Ukraine are under way.
